The only issue I've ever had was after some updates or after a few months I would have to remind them not to challenge my account with questions about my best friend or something like that but that's just safety stuff. Not there fault. I've never experienced much of any connection issues or delays. Pretty much what you would expect from any banking app, though transactions between accounts are pretty simple and you can set schedule transfers so you can save or something a little easier. 10/10

For a small town bank, this bank is doing great things! It's growing at a good pace and branching out in different towns. It has even changed to an ITM instead of the ATM(it's slow but good). I really like this bank, the tellers are friendly and professional and knowledgeable about all services.

This app worked for like 5 months then quit. I've been banking with BoK for 3 years now and still can't use the app. Really wish they would get their act together and make it reliable. It worked great for the first few months...2 years later I'm not very hopeful they will actually put out a reliable app. Doesn't deserve even the 1 star but can't post without it. Terrible Terrible Terrible
