I ordered an item and it was delivered. but the delivery guy was asking for money even though they advertised everything is free delivery. and again the item they sold me was half empty and was a bad product in the first place not as they shown in the description and video. horrible e-commerce app. my advice don't try it.

I bought a mini oven from here. I paid 13800 birr online and started to wait for it, they called me and said they will deliver it in few hours, then when I called them back because I was changing location they said they are looking for the oven at the warehouse. I told them I wanted to give it as a gift so I want it by the next day at the latest but it didn't show up and no body reached out to me, I had to call multiple people and wait more than 3 days for a refund! DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!

I bought the Ambie earpods through this app. The product itself is fine, but the experience was frustrating. First, the price was about 600 Birr higher than other online sellers. Second, delivery coverage is very limited. To make it worse, they even forgot to deliver my order until I called to remind them — only then did they say they would send it. Overall, I’m disappointed with the service. I hope they improve on pricing, delivery areas, and reliability in the future.
