I also bought this device because of the cool ways I could use this. I was extremely disappointed as the device and the app never connected. When u add the device it automatically disconnects from your wifi and the connection never completes. I went back and forth for weeks w their slow support and tried everything. At the end it never worked and they stopped replying my messages. Total waste of time and money. I had to dispute this transaction on my bank and I'm still waiting resolution.

Not sure where the problem lies, but the app never finishes setting up my Knocki device. It consistently hangs during the 3rd of 3 stages of the "connect knocki" portion of the setup. No amount of restarts, app reinstalls or otherwise make a difference, leaving this device useless. In a household with almost a dozen different smart devices, there's no reason this setup should be this difficult. On an unmodified V30+

Still took a while to set up... Sometimes it goes in an infinite loop when syncing/connecting to Hue or SmartThings... was frustrating but once it stopped the loop to connect, it finally works. Still no support yet for Amazon/Alexa. Logitech is a huge plus though, thus the rating from 3-4. IFTT has moved to paid for most part so that sucks!
