Ratings and reviews

A few bugs: 1. Tried setting up a fingerprint/passcode and the app crashed. 2. Tried exploring the account preferences and wasn't able to get into that. 3. Sometimes I login and the screen freezes, so then I have to force close and then login again. Also, I used to be able to see my utility bills using the Kohler Pay Bills, but I see nothing...so I guess Ill just register an account with WE energies and pay there. I really liked this feature, so I hope this gets incorporated again.

Super outdated look to the app and extremely difficult to navigate and find what you need if you have multiple accounts with KCU. In addition to all this, the feature for linking to your other Banks doesn't work. It always says there is a problem linking. If you want to update a payment amount or which account you are drawing money from, you have to call, you can't just do it on the app or even the website. Pretty useless app other than when you're trying to look at how much you have/owe.

4-16-25 I don't care for the new app layout. I much preferred seeing all my favorited accounts in a list upon entering Home page and choosing which account I want to look into. The new Recent Activities feature is like a bunch of puzzle pieces scattered on the table. And having to flip through accounts to get to the one you want is a waste of time.
