One of the worst app I have came across. technical glitches persists consistently. no solution provided by team. would recommend not to open account with kotak if you really want not to suffer losses due to their glitches. worst customer support. no timely responses or no response at all.

Unless you want to lose money for no fault of yours, don't even look at Kotak. Their servers are frequently unreachable. So not only will you have trouble placing orders and squaring off existing positions; you won't be able to even cancel your pending orders. Today, I have wasted the whole day due to this joke of a system by Kotak. The app isn't the issue, their whole backend is utter trash.

Very bad, even if you pay zero brokerage still it is expensive, Hanging, freezing, problem, chart do not load, watch list disappeared, execution delay sometimes more than 10 seconds, lot of losses... You will always loose money with kotak. I can show you full video on app performance on different handset and high speed WiFi. Better work on it, before replying.
