I am facing a major issue with the Kotak Neo trading app. There are constant glitches, especially in the premium 5-minute time frame. After the market opens, no matter how many candles are formed, the chart still shows only one single candle when I open it. This problem keeps happening repeatedly and makes trading very difficult. Kotak needs to fix this issue as soon as possible because it affects technical analysis and real-time decision making. Very disappointin

After using it for 6 months, i want to suggest to add a feature like Alert from the chart. Whenever I use the chart that part feels missing every time. Because I can't stay whole time in front of the chart. Chart Alert gives lots of views regarding your trade rather than existing adding alert type. Kindly consider and add features like this.

"This app is extremely useless — it crashes four times a month. It gets completely stuck, no orders get executed, and even the square-off doesn’t work. Because of this, I faced a significant loss today." It's better to avoid it there is many options available.
