SELL&PAY is an app that allows anyone to easily use it to purchase VISA prepaid cards and other items by selling not only gift certificates and foreign currency, but also brand-name goods, smartphones, and other "things." You can instantly issue a virtual card without any screening process.
Konan Ticket will purchase your gift certificates and "things" (brand-name goods, brand-name watches, alcohol, cameras, smartphones, fashion items, precious metal jewelry, art and antiques, golf equipment, hobbies, musical instruments, books, CDs, and DVDs) and charge the purchase price to SELL&PAY Cash. The remaining balance can be used at VISA-affiliated stores in Japan. SELL&PAY Cash can also be transferred to your account as cash.
SELL&PAY also offers a "deferred charge" feature, which allows you to charge immediately and pay in one lump sum at the end of the following month. After entering the required information in the app, enter the charge amount and charge immediately. Payment can be made at the end of the following month via convenience store payment or CellPay Cash.

[What are CellPay's services?]
■ Charge your existing gift certificates or unwanted "items" to the app and use them.
- Request a charge through the app for unused gift certificates or "items" and send them to the CellPay office specializing in each product. For your peace of mind, we will conduct a preliminary appraisal via LINE for item charge and send them to the specialized office for each product.
- By charging gift certificates, foreign currency, or items, the charge amount (purchase price) can be transferred to your CellPay balance and used at domestic VISA affiliated stores.
*Some affiliated stores, such as gas stations, may not accept this service.

■ Charge immediately and pay at the end of the following month with "Deferred Charge"
- Simply enter the required information and charge amount in the app and the charge amount will be reflected in your CellPay balance. Amounts from 3,000 yen to 50,000 yen are available.
(※Applications are subject to a screening process.)
-You can choose to pay in full at a convenience store at the end of the following month, or by charging the amount you've sold unwanted or recycled items with SELL&PAY Cash.
-Applications can be completed in as little as 3 minutes! Identity verification will only be required for those who are eligible for charging.
-Payments using SELL&PAY Cash must be paid in full with SELL&PAY Cash; partial payments cannot be made with SELL&PAY Cash.
-Delayed payments will incur late fees.

[How to Use SELL&PAY]
■Selling Gift Certificates or Items
(1) Download the app and register as a new member.
(2) If you want to sell gift certificates, apply through "Gift Certificate/Foreign Currency Charge." If you have unwanted items at home, apply through "Mono Charge."
(3) Send gift certificates to Konan Ticket. If you're satisfied with the preliminary appraisal of your "items," send them to the specialized office for each item.
(4) After the appraisal is complete, your SELL&PAY account will be charged with SELL&PAY Cash.
(5) You can choose to load SELL&PAY Cash onto your VISA prepaid card or transfer it to cash.
*Your prepaid card number will be displayed in the app.
*Even if you don't have any gift certificates or physical items, you can still load your card via bank transfer.

■To load your VISA prepaid card
Bank Transfer Charge
⑴ Download the app and register as a new member.
⑵ Apply for Bank Transfer Charge by entering the transfer amount.
⑶ Deposit the application amount from your designated account to the account listed in the app.
⑷ The charge will be added to your SELL&PAY balance in the app.

Deferred Payment Charge
⑴ Download the app and register as a new member.
⑵ Apply for Deferred Payment Charge.
⑶ If you are eligible to load your card, please verify your identity.
⑷ After completing identity verification, enter the charge amount and your charge will be complete.

■Physical Cards Can Also Be Issued!
・If you issue a SELL&PAY physical card, you can use it at VISA affiliated stores in Japan.
・Once you issue a physical card, you can use it for VISA payments at physical stores such as convenience stores, drugstores, and supermarkets.
*Separate identity verification procedures and a card issuance fee (¥800) are required.
■Premium membership is also recommended!
・You can become a SELL&PAY Premium Member (¥300 per month, deducted monthly from your SELL&PAY balance).
・Premium members enjoy higher buyback rates and a 1.0% cashback on VISA card purchases, making this a membership plan that offers great savings the more you use it.
