Thanks for using Ktaxi! We are the app with the greatest presence in Ecuador and Bolivia!

You can use our services in:
Ecuador: Quito, Loja, Ibarra, Santo Domingo, Cuenca, Machala, Tulcán, Quevedo, Manta, Ambato, Riobamba.

Colombia: Yumbo.

Bolivia: Tarija, Sucre, Santa Cruz and Cochabamba.

How does it work?
EASY AND SPEED: Enter the app, locate the GPS pointer in the place where you want your Ktaxi and in less than 20 seconds you will receive confirmation from one of the units that are closest to the indicated address.
SECURITY: When you confirm the race, you receive information about the vehicle and the driver who will pick you up.
COMMUNICATION: Contact the driver or the call center through our chat and call platform.
At the end of the race, rate it and allow us to optimize the service. If you have any problem, you can file a complaint.

Ratings and reviews

App is failing. When I put a location, I get a certain price, then from that location to go back, the price is another, and the difference is significant even though the distance is the same. To emphasize the increase in price is way too much. This issue has not ben yet solved. One more thing now is that taxis won't answer if I use the new "economic" feature

Ktaxi is terrible app because after using gps location it asks for the street and neighbor, how was I supposed to know that... It should be easier to use.

Crashes just when I need it like clockwork.
