This app could be better. Currently, it kicks me out of my virtual office anytime I try to go back to my VO homepage. If I want to look at all my open parties after I already entered one I have to click the menu and go through it to get back to my party tab. If I don't do this and hit my back button or the only other option that just takes you back to the app I have to go through the process of reopening my VO. It's annoying and time consuming, I for sure can't do business outside my home.

Loved the app because I work 99% of my business from my phone. Since the update, I am unable to get to my VO. The app just closes with no support and no warning. Using a web browser is a good alternative, for now. But every time I reopen the browser I have to start what I'm doing all over again. I can't go back & forth chatting with my enrollees/ enroller and the browser. EDIT: these bugs are fixed but now my PV screen won't load and I can't log into my VO.

This app really sucks!! I'm been w/ CS for 6mo. & never liked it. I always just wait to get home to go on my laptop. I have a Samsung 10Edge & still doesn't work properly. I'll get notifications alerts & I go to press it just buffers & buffers. If I open VO app it always ask for my password although it is saved in my phone. Once inside the app the back button doesn't even work either nothing good friendly about this APP!! 😡
