Amount, Tenure, Fees & Charges

Loan amount: ₹1,000 to ₹200,000, Tenure: 62 days-15 months. Kreditzy charges one-time service fee while onboarding or during upgrade which is ₹20-₹350 depending on the risk profile and membership band availed by customer. Interest rates range from 0%-29.95% with equivalent monthly interest rate of 0%-2.49% only. A small processing fee is charged for loans e.g. for low risk customers 0%-3% of the principal, for very high-risk customers 2.5%-6.5%*. The charges and repayment tenures vary based on creditworthiness and repayment ability of the customers.

Penalty is charged only when someone delays their scheduled payment.

The APR for different products is separate as per the risk profile of the customers. The APR for different personal loan products: low risk customers is 0%-36%, medium risk customers is 18%-39%, high risk customers is 24%-42% and very high-risk customers is 24%-70%.

In addition, GST will be applicable only on the fee components as per Indian laws.

Ratings and reviews

Initially I could borrow amount but after 3 complaints and 3 months, they didn't even solve the issue of loan agreement signing. It always says "server error, please try again later". If I make a review here, they say they are extremely sorry and will assist/can't track the profile. If I email their support team, they say they are sorry and working on it and if I call from even the registered phone number they say "you do not have a registered account with this number".

The experience was not good. The repayment process is really very poor. I tried to repay my loan amount many times. Every time transaction cancelled with error. Last time transaction cancelled yet again and money got deducted from my account. But no repayment confirmation was received. It was only after 2 days, I got the confirmation. And in spite of repaying the loan well in time, my limit has been reduced instead of increasing. Not happy with this app.

When I first take loan its ok. And after that I took loan 2 times. But 2 months before it showing server error. I already send lot of mail. Still now the problem didn't resolve. They offer the loan amount but unable to digital sign. How many months we are waiting for that. If it is server error why don't you resolve it. Server error can be resolve within hours or days. Why don't you behave like this.
