the app is so buggy, even just to send and receive messages it's basically unusable...

Can't open any menu, stuck at the You page, pressing back sends me to the Chat page but after that I can only open the You page again. The only button that works is the log out button I know this app is good but it's currently not working on my phone so I'll keep it at 2 stars for now

Kumospace completely failed for our team — anything over ~15 people in a meeting and audio breaks, people drop out, and it’s unusable. Customer support is non-existent. Their “customer success” team doesn’t solve problems — they just try to upsell you. We didn’t even bother troubleshooting because it was obvious they had no interest in fixing anything. We cancelled within days of the last payment, but they hid behind “no refunds” and threw us a 25% “courtesy” refund like we should be grateful.
