Landeed charges us before showing the search result, and after the search if the documents is not found the amount is not refunded and the employees do not make an honest effort find the documents. Kindly make efforts to either give the promised documents or atleast refund the money to the customers account if you are not capable. We have approached landeed out of trust so that we do not have to approach any unknown 3rd party, but the case seems to be the same here as well.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the services. I had requested an EC certificate on 9th Sep 25 and was initially given the order fulfillment date as 13th. After multiple frustrating follow-ups I get to know that there is no progress. No option to cancel and ask for a refund. Later they even stop replying to your messages. I have lost Rs. 1,348 to this scammer app, don't waste your money here.

I prefer not to give any stars, as the app didn't show either my house in India or my parents house via the search by owner option. it does not show many places in Warangal that are very well known. you should not put out a app that does have enough information in it. useless app.
