Hello! Tathastu-ICS is a team of people who are aiming at harmonizing the way we prepare our students in India. For the longest time, students often find themselves juggling between formal to informal education systems. With the ever-growing competition, it adds immense pressure on students to keep up with the pace of life. We are here to simplify and streamline the process, specifically focusing on UPSC CSE preparation in India. It is not uncommon to hear stories or encounter individuals who have dedicated years of their prime time to this preparation, only to feel hopeless, depleted of motivation, and experiencing low self-confidence. Having gone through the same rigorous process, our founder, Dr. Tanu Jain Mam intimately understands where it pinches the most. For a beginner, it is crucial to receive the proper guidance at the right time, including knowing what to study, how to approach each subject mentally, and gaining a solid understanding of concepts. The CSE selection process takes an entire year to complete, starting with the first screening test, known as the Prelims Examination, followed by the Mains Examination, and finally, the Personal Interview. A minimum study period of one year is required to cover the extensive syllabus. One common challenge that arises is strategizing the preparation to crack the exam on the first attempt. However, many students fail to clear the exam on their first try, leading to increasing pressure year after year. In conclusion, our founder realized that thorough preparation for this exam requires more than just a year. By starting early, students can save time and address the crisis of ghost years. Tathastu, firmly believes that everyone has the potential to achieve great things, and our aim is to guide and channel this potential with the utmost care, ensuring quality.
