Doesn't matter how many times you restart your phone or try to update the app, it will not open. Edit- I was contacted and told to uninstall and reinstall, which does now open. Given this has been a chronic cyclical issue, I'm not confident that I won't start having the same issues with not being to open it again in a couple of weeks. For being the sole tool this organization offers for communication regarding our children, these bugs need permanent fixes.

The slowest app I've ever used! I have several devices connected through my home with various other apps that load orders of magnitude faster than this one. Almost wondering if this is a conspiracy with the daycares to keep parents from being able to check in on their babies during the day. Honestly a security issue, as I have to wait several minutes or restart the app to answer messages from staff. As a new parent, this is a nightmare and causes more anxiety than it solves.

I've been having issues since the last update. I can log in, but it does not load. It gets stuck in the Sprout page. I receive the push notifications, but when I click on them, it takes me right back to the loading page and does not move. I've already uninstalled, installed, updated, and restarted a few times. It's still not working.
