The worst app I have ever used. The UI sucks, it hardly ever wants to load, and if you press ANY button after making your order, maybe to check for a reward, your order is gone and you have to input it again. Rewards don't apply right, especially the free combo. You can't choose "chip and drink combo" on the ordering page, you have to pick a chip and drink separately. App doesn't recognize addresses typed in, you have to give GPS access to get the right store. A terrible app, just order in store

Just what I want. To have to install a sandwich app on a phone. Not like I could use that space for anything. The card loyalty system is no longer used because of this. Also, because they didn't find my phone number on file, all my previous rewards points are just gone. They can only link them through the phone number, so if, as a suspect, a clerk took down the wrong phone number when you signed up for the card, its gone. I used to go to Lenny's at least once a month. I doubt Ill ever come back.

Worthless. Can't order online because it won't verify any credit card. Can't order in the all app because it won't take any address and it won't pull your location. The amount of money you are losing from this is astounding. This my (and most of my colleagues) favorite sub shop and we I don't even consider Lenny's as an option for lunch or corporate events because you can't even order their product! It's been over 2 years! Absolutely terrible.
