cannot trust it. it consistently goes offline and stays offline I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it just to reset the Wi-Fi connection it is annoying and I no longer trust it to work when I really need it.

Hello, David,
When you get a moment can you give our customer service number or email a call. The mobile application and the Wi-Fi connection for your alarm are separate and are not linked. If we can get into the device data, we can find what is causing the offline instances and provide resolution for you.

Works great for me. It is insane to be able to monitor my house environment from anywhere I go. It was so cool that I was able to monitor the temperature of my house while on vacation this winter...it gave me peace of mind knowing that pipe won't freeze or else.

Sump Alarm has saved my basement from flooding twice this Spring already. I absolutely feel safe going away knowing how reliable this thing is. App works great, it's simple and does what it was designed to do...
