Maybe its the app maybe its Benefitfocus customer service that doesn't know what to do with info that goes through app. I'm having a hard time...going on 4 months just to be able to use my account. They have outsourced their customer service so the service only has canned responses and do not understand system and will give you wrong answers and advice. As an end user of Benefitfocus I would give zero stars if I could.

Can't log in. Edit: managed to log in! The app is still completely useless as it won't let me upload receipts unless they are photos taken with my camera. What about PDF receipts?? This is just plain dumb and useless.

This is one of the the worst apps I have ever had to use. At least with the previous provider the app was user-friendly.
