If you’ve set up an account on the health benefits website, you can enter the same username and password to sign in on the app. You can also enable touch ID or face ID to sign in, and we’ll never store sensitive account information on your mobile device.

I should have listened to the other reviews. It won't even open for me, it is stuck in a cycle after attempting to log on and it's making me think it's a fraudulent app so now I'm off to resecure my account. don't download this app.

About as useless as calling them. Can't even set up an account or it doesn't find my account. Transamerica has the WORST customer service ever! I'm done with them.

Terrible app. Crashes. Never gets logged in. I'm cancelling my HSA because of this. Unreliable.
