I recommend uploading EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT as soon as you get it!! Label them well. You will have a "receipt not needed" but then a request for one up to 6 months later, good luck finding it if you aren't super organized. Very disappointed in the organization of this company and wish work never switched to them. The app is simple to operate but they don't allow you to move stuff around.

very difficult to submit dependent care claim compared to other apps I've used. It does not show what the current balance is once you're in the claim screen, and it doesn't remember any of the daycare info like name or ein, which is should be auto filling because it's the same every time.

This is one of the useless apps which I have ever used I am unable to add bank account bcos they can not verify I created support ticket service ask me to send paper form with blank check in it so they can add bank account to profile, cmon which century are you living in. Regarding to the validation of uploaded documents that is on another level I have uploaded dependent care check 3 time failed but finally same doc passed successfully nobody knows how they verify uploaded documents..
