I recommend uploading EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT as soon as you get it!! Label them well. You will have a "receipt not needed" but then a request for one up to 6 months later, good luck finding it if you aren't super organized. Very disappointed in the organization of this company and wish work never switched to them. The app is simple to operate but they don't allow you to move stuff around.

very difficult to submit dependent care claim compared to other apps I've used. It does not show what the current balance is once you're in the claim screen, and it doesn't remember any of the daycare info like name or ein, which is should be auto filling because it's the same every time.

Longest hold times ever. I have yet to speak with a person and I have tried to call in everyday this week. I give up after 45 minutes on hold. The reimbursement to the bank account is confusing, I put my info in, and that's it? No deposit verification or anything? I wonder if my funds will actually be sent. The documentation under resource tab is horrible no explanations or videos showing how. I hope I'm getting reimbursed, not even sure I submitted right and no content to show me or comfor
