Since we are working on this, till today the customer who gives tips does not give this. Many of our customers have told us that I have given the tip, did you get it or not… and its customer support is very bad. He doesn't listen to the whole thing, he just tells me to press 1 for rating and then disconnects the call.

There is no doubt the base is high. But a rider has to face many problems in load share. Sometimes if the food leaks in the bag or the packaging is bad, the customer gets angry but we have nothing to do about it. But load share does not listen to us and directly blocks our ID. And there is no good cancellation option either. So even if you don't want to, you have to accept the order. It's very bad. I hope load share will add a cancellation option.

don't use the app at all this is completely a fraud app they assign the order off minimum distance of 10 kms and just pay 35/- per order and they don't give us the customer tips also to riders and they collect the 100 rs from the Swiggy or zomato for 10 kms order and pay 35 /- per order for us if we ask they will hold all our earings saying you have made fake orders by telling orders is not delivered to customer very very fraudulent app I am going to case on this app tomorrow
