Tried to order breakfast burritos from a local restaurant and the app did not show them on the menu. I called they "fixed it" and then when I tried to order it said that item was not available. Called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving breakfast burritos. Would love to use this service as it has local restaurants and many of them don't use Doordash. The app is bad though.

Stopped using after problems with getting wrong deliveries fixed. Once was accused of trying to steal by their customer service, and talked down to/scolded?! No reimbursement. Other time someone else's food was delivered to me. Hour+ later the correct food was brought to me...then they took the order that had been left with me, that I had eaten part of because I was not informed they were coming back at all, and delivered it to the customer who originally ordered it?! I was scared to eat mine!

Worst service I've ever received. Food came an hour late, very cold, missing several items. If I could give less stars I would. I'm return for my absolute disaster troubles I received an expiring $10 credit on a $150 order. What a joke. Do everything in your power to not use this service
