The app seems deliberately designed to prevent users from accessing their pending rewards. We're stuck in an endless loop of updating our cardholder profile, even though it's already linked to our registered Etihad Guest number. I've tried using both my Indian and UAE phone numbers, but nothing works! This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a ploy to keep users from claiming their earned rewards

Absolute fail of an app. Doesn't allow profile to be updated and gets stuck in a loop.

Was promised a virtual card within 7 days which failed to arrive, and now 2 weeks since installing and waiting I cant even log in and see the progress, no way to feedback/get help as well, will unfortunately be seeing my miles expire just like that
