This app hardly works at all. I have yet to be able to submit a single grievance because all the app does is freeze. It makes no sense why I can submit on an app that doesn't work but I can't submit it on the actual website.

Allows easier access to grievance print outs, updates, and also allows for members to submit completed grievances. I hope for. Aster grievance print outs in the future to make the process easier and less stressful
