Community Engagement is a single multi-tenanted, SaaS delivered community engagement platform delivered from MAGIQ Cloud. This application is free for anyone in the community to download and start interacting with their local council or another organisation.
It allows the community to: - Create an account or log in as a guest anonymously. - Subscribe to an organisation. - Upload issues/reports to an organisation including location and image data. - Receive push notifications about local alerts in the community. - View organisations news feed. - Send feedback to the organisation.
In addition to the Engagement App, people are able to do many of these tasks using the Community Engagement web-portal. Organisation administrators use the Engagement web-portal to review issues/reports and update their news and alerts.
