I, personally, highly recommended this application and this meet clients requirement better who are having kind of stress levels and depression. Especially this will definitely give you a fresh experience about your daily motivation. This is a great tool to get answers on a personal level to your stressful and uncomfortable situations that you are unable to express publicly.

New to this specific journaling app. Just completed first getting to know you promts. Please note, when prompted for a review & star rating, I didn't tap the number of stars I intended before rapidly returning to app home page. Hence the discrepancy between the stars rating here & wherever the other is posted. Thank you for the Free opportunity.

This app gives very mean and uncompassionate feedback. It is also redundant giving the same advice: "Put action into it" and when I do and give feedback, my actions are never good enough. It always says "ya, but" when giving feedback, and it doesn't really listen. I think this app and its harsh feedback could be extremely harmful to people without prior therapy experience or people with low self-esteem because it keeps you stuck. After this review, they deleted the app with all my entries in it.

We give counsellors general guidelines (none suggesting dismissiveness), but the AI creates the final wording. This is simply how AI works today. I'm sorry if the feedback offended you.
