The service is very poor. They logged me out of the app and when I try to sign in it says password is incorrect. I also tried to reset it but the SMS code never showed. No support at all.

honestly I was a regular, then all of a sudden I got restricted on bookings and couldn't book without paying first. I understand doing that to people that dont pay but I always pay. this is ridiculous honestly

This is by far the worst booking app I have ever used. I am actually surprised that these guys were able to convince the courts to get on their platform. I am not sure what they are offering the courts but it is surely not the customer journey or experience using this app. Plenty of bugs, it freezes most of the time, the courts don't show up... basically a disaster.
