This app glitches all the time. I travel first work a lot and lock my debit card when I don't need it. Sometimes when I unlock it, it's immediately unlocked, other times it takes hours or days to unlock. I never truly know if it actually locks or unlocks. Customer service just brushes it off and says it can take up to 24 hours to lock or unlock, and offer zero solutions. Every update, it gets worse.

the older app was way better... I used to be able to see all my accounts on one page, including credit cards (which allowed transfers to and from, see interest on CC for end of year calculations... now cc are on a different page, makes me nervous because I have to link the bank account.. feels like you sold out to an external company...

Used to love it. Now the mobile deposit feature is super glitchy -- half the time I get an error saying the amount entered doesn't match the amount on the check, when it absolutely does match. If I don't get that error, it says I'm not connected to the internet, when I absolutely am. It takes at least 2-3 tries to get a check deposited....
