SCCCU continues to impose an arbitrary deposit limit of $5,000/month via the app. Once you hit that limit, the app is useless for deposits for the rest of the month! Worse yet, try depositing a check for more than $5K... It only tells you AFTER you've gone through the entire process (e.g., writing "Mobile Deposit Only" on the check!) about this secret limit you've exceeded. (Where? Show me!) I would grudgingly understand a *delay* on processing, but a hard limit is simply nonsensical.

The app is not working right now for mobile deposits. Tried re installing, nothing. It worked fine before. Every time I take a picture of the check, it goes back to the page that asks if you want to deposit a check, and doesn't capture the picture or save the check info you entered so far. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

We are a new member and moving our accounts to Chase because neither this app nor the correlate SCCCU member accounts website display pending transactions, and if one has any, the "Available Balance" shown in this app and online is wrong. Because of this, if one has not posted one's pending transactions to one's paper register, such as in the case of a misplaced merchant receipt, there is no way to reconcile one's paper register, and one risks overdraft fees and a bad credit rating.
