I've lost a lot of money bc of them! Didn't use it for some years. Now they're asking for verification again. But I can't do it for several days, dozen attempts. "Document upload failed". And they can't fix this. My verification under manual review. If so why can't nobody tell me what is wrong? I asked them to verificate myself via chat. But no. I was going to sell my coin but these days it lost 40%!!!

In App support done by non-English speaking Chinese, using Translator and standard text modules to communicate, but its hopeless, they do not understand anything. Many glitches in the app, could not successfully complete the registration of my bank account to send funds to the app. Lots of unclear and confusing English wording is used in the app.

Very unappealing that - i cannot see any reviews for this app, - After opening the app have to press the sign in and then it's authenticate and allows me to see my account , just fire the authentication right away and get over with it no need for the extra step. - Reward system is not straight forward , starting the fixed income coupon investment and then asking for a deposit is borderline sketchy. (Update: just saw that the initial release was more than two years ago, that makes it worse)
