Won't let me login. Says I have an account when I try to sign up. But won't send me an OTP, even though it says it sent many times, when I say forgot password. Useless. I can always check my rewards balance at the dealership if I want. Terrible app and setup.

I love this app! You can access anything to do with Matthews Auto at the press of a button, and they even have a cool spin game where you can win real prizes! I love that I can schedule service, look at cars, and win prizes all in one place!

Another 0 for 3 day trying to start my car. 2 months now, app fails 95% of time. When sold to me i was told. " yes this app will start car". So don't need remote start. Well, hasn't worked yet. Think Matthews will install remote start now for free? Lol !!!!! ..not even going to ask. Don't buy Nissan or Mathews! Will trade when interest rates at other places go down to zero. Worst decision i ever made.
