Unable to upgrade my account giving blank screen whenever i try to resume my upgradation form and didn't get any help from support very bad experience.

It appears to be just a web wrapped version rather than full app. It is very clunky and confusing to use, you cannot even use back function in Android. There is very little to no information about funds you invest in and you have to use browser of you wish to read more before investing. It is useful if you are ready to educate yourself from other sources, however for new users it is very difficult. But the core function of the app works fine, it's just difficult to understand.

User interface terrible. No helping knowledge available within app. You don't invest untill you transfer amount to isave. There is lots of bug in tha a app for example you can't you back using mobile back button if you want to go back you have to click on app back icon. Customer service don't have knowledge to satisfy customer. Investment procedure so lengthy and difficult beginners don't understand. Only two investment plan available.
