Unbelievably poor app for 2025! It's buggy, laggy, and is generally not remotely fit for purpose. Many locations can't be found in the search, such as "Dyce train station". My guess is this app was developed by a student - if they actually *paid* for this steaming pile, they want to give their head a wobble and try again with a real app developer. And taxi companies wonder why people prefer Uber!

Installed on my new Pixel Pro Android phone. Crashed when trying to look up destination several times. When I gave up and just manually entered the postcode (hotel in Aberdeen) it seemed to let me select the address but then froze on the map and wouldn't let me book anything. Total garbage.

Needs to let you know if the taxi is coming to pick you up after setting the destination. Edit: ok it does let you know, on the pull down notification but when you tap it you're not taken to the app. Also, on the app itself it doesn't show you the notification. One of my worries when I do use it is whether I have entered the order and I don't know if the message doesn't show on the app
