Ratings and reviews

Very poor communication. They recently changed parent companies as of 8/29/2022. Strung me along then canceled my application. I'm middle aged and in decent health. The only reason I gave them a chance was because I had received a mailer. I applied for life insurance. I did not care for the app or the survey, it's clunky. No response on customer support. I would look elsewhere if looking for life insurance.

Customer service is almost non-existent, I applied for life insurance last year. Only to find out that they changed or sold their parent company. It is hard to get a hold of an agent or have them reply back It got to the point where finally someone wrote back and said they were not taking any applications it's time do the changes. I just finally gave up and had my account deleted. I ended up getting better life insurance through my new job.

I don't understand why this is rated so high. This company sucks. Been trying to update my payment info for a couple days. They can't log me in, they don't pick up the phone and the chat is backed up. This is not a real insurance company but likely a bunch of kids in a garage somewhere making promises they can't keep so they can be lauded as ”disrupters"
