totally rubish,forgot my password and never receive an email to be able to change the password,but also cannot make another account.but when i needbto ask the customer care something i need to tell the even what i ate last week( i am ironic but just for me to ask something they need to know id card and etc etc

I was happy with this company until lately when I discovered that they charged more than what is in the contract, when I contacted the company they kept saying that I made an international call , that doesn't exist anywhere , I asked for prrof of this imaginary call , and guess what , they just ignore my request. great ethics for a 4 euro.

The app is really slow and not very innovative. To pay a bill or top up there isn't even an auto fill option for your credit card. Having to type it in every time is very inconvenient especially coming from such a big company.
