For the last 2 days while trying to access the mobile app it keep telling me that the online banking app is experiencing difficulty and I need to check my internet. Even after checking my internet, turn my phone on and off I kept giving me the same message. Bank definitely need to upgrade to a more advanced app.

This is the only secure login application I use that needs login credentials reset regularly The worst is that there is no support during banking hours Request password reset on desktop site and it takes so long to get that its expired if and when you do receive it I am so disappointed I need statements for my accountant tonight and have no access to them

lately the app is telling me I'm not connected to the internet or wifi - this ONLY happens when I'm at home. which is the only time I AM connected. started using my web browser instead because it's so annoying. and this is the ONLY app that I'm having this problem with on my brand new phone!
