Update: Almost a year and none of these have been addressed. So much for "we care". They switched us to this new "app" while allowing the business customers to remain on the old one. I have biometrics set up and everytime I go to log in I have to verify myself. Half the time it won't even connect to the Internet when none of my other fiance apps have any issues. I get texts whenever I make transfers or payments with no option to opt out. I'm losing faith in Meritrust and considering leaving.

Andrea, we believe we have resolved the known issue with the verification process. The next time you log into Meritrust Mobile, please confirm the "remember my device" slider is to the right and complete the process to log in. Not intuitive at all. You can tell the app was architectured to an accountants thought processes, not the people who would actually use the software. No way to set up groups of payees (for example utilities, loans, etc...) No way to hide old payee accounts you may not deal with on a regular basis...only delete them...which deletes an easily accessible pay history should the need arrive. The last version of the app was much more user friendly and accessible.

Hello, Kitch. Members are able to set up groups in Bill Pay and hide billers through clicking the group filter, so that only the billers in that group will appear. This new app is terrible. Can't setup finger print sign-in without the app crashing. The toggle, to save username for example, you can't tell if it's on or off because there is no color to it. New app seems like a lite version of the old app. Edit: Thank you for the reply. I should have known to clear data and cache. Fingerprint works now.
