About this app

The MetricWire mobile app is a mobile data collection resource. Combined with our researcher web portal, the app allows researchers to collect, analyze and visualize data collected from a participant's smartphone. The app allows participants to submit responses to studies created by a researcher. The app only allows for response submissions, not study creation. It simply the tool that facilitates mobile data collection. In order for researchers to create and design studies, an account must be created via our online researcher portal. Terrible. Never tells me when there's a new survey. I've only managed to complete 3 surveys for over 10 days (daily survey). UPDATE: I have to uninstall and reinstall daily because I cannot bring up the survey from the app. It literally does nothing when I tap on it. Pathetic. UPDATE 2: actual survey part works fine as long as you don't accidentally tap home. - then it crashes, you lose all progress, and have to reinstall again.

No accessibility options (in-app font scaling or dark mode). App ignores "Do Not Disturb" setting so I keep getting notifications WITH SOUND in the middle of meetings, class, and in the middle of the night which wakes me up. I'm participating in a medical study but this is making it way less appealing to continue.

It was working for a while then I just stopped getting notifications. I uninstalled then reinstalled and they started again. Later on, they stopped and I had to uninstall and reinstall. Everytime I would just eventually stop getting notifications and I would have to keep repeating the process over and over.
