I miss the old app!! There's no way to quickly look at your balance without signing in or find an atm anymore. Signing on keeps giving you a message about enabling finger printing, which is annoying. Making transfers doesn't allow you to see your balance as you are typing in how much you'd like to transfer so there's a lot of bouncing back and forth. The old app was much more straightforward and easy to use and I just really dislike when I have to get on this one.

The app functions, but is quite buggy. The fingerprint log in just doesn't work (I get a pop-up that says "authentication required" ... Yes, that's what I'm trying to do), even the password login doesn't play nice with autofill password managers, and the app regularly throws me out of the account I'm on.

The app is terrible and so is your new system!!! I have been with Spring bank since they opened their branch in Harlem. After making all these upgrades the app and upgrades are still a mess! Every few weeks the system shuts me out and I have to call the main branch in order to add a new password to get in my account! I have had 5 new passwords since the switch! Please don't lose your ATM card! I have had subscriptions cancelled waiting for a replacement card which they messed up on!!! Smdh...
