This app makes my banking SO much easier. Its quick, convenient, and hassle-free! I have used this bank for 24 years and I dont even live near one anymore, however this app makes money transfers, ATM use, and bill pay so effortless that I just wont switch banks. Not to mention the customer service this bank has on staff- WONDERFUL... nice, helpful, and considerate of your time and needs.

I never thought I'd consider leaving a bank that is otherwise wonderful over an app but that's where I'm at. I've been dealing with the app reseting my quick access for at least 3 years, any review that mentions it is promised they are "working on it". It's insane that 3 outta 5 logins I have to use my full information, give a one time code, add my number AGAIN, set up quick access, only to have to do it all again 2 hours later.

We regret the inconvenience; our team is constantly working on for a resolution since we became aware of the situation. We do rely on a third party developer and it is frustrating for us as well to not have a solution in place. Your patience is certainly appreciated.

Login credentials are forgotten every couple of days. when you log back in you have to re verify the device and add the phone number of the device that the verification code was just sent to. This seems redundant. Also, the app notifies you every time you open it, that you have been logged out, then notifies you that you need to log back in. It should not require a prompt. Biometric login is frequently forgotten after a few days as well. Not convenient, some have left first united due to this.
