Every time I try to enter my account, I am told I have to update the app (which says loading for minutes). When I restart my phone is when I am able to enter the app. Also, after doing my calculations, money is missing from my account. I will be looking for another bank (had issues with them in the past about missing money). I am getting tired of them.

I keep getting locked out but neither the app nor web tells me that I am locked out or why. I've had to call customer service 3 or 4 times in the last two months to get back in and the hours of customer service are limited. Also, the screens for resetting your password are confusing. After choosing forgot password and entering a code, I was sent back to a general login screen where I had to again choose forgot password in order to proceed.

This app is frustrating! When trying to log on it says it needs an update. It doesn't have an update so it lingers on "loading " forever. I had to delete this app and reinstall it several times. Even then it doesn't work most of the time. This has been going on long enough and nothings been done. Update: I've tried to pay my bills for 3 days on my phone and haven't been able to log in because of this downloading issue. Changing banks. Goodbye.
