I dont like changing my password code ...then not being able to reuse a old password 😒

I have been with GBT for years and I have never banked with a better bank than GBT. I love their platform and the GBT app; the app allows me to see my balance all transactions and also lets me know when it's time to change my password and how many days are left to do so. Not only that but the staff always helps me on phone calls with no attitudes or bad feedback. I am so glad I decided to trust GBT with my needs of banking and I trust this bank to the fullest.

It always has to verify to the point you have to re-enter all your information everytime you log in. Fingerprint access only lasts a few times to sign in before you cant use it anymore. I have never deleted and redownloaded an app so much in my life to get the app to work.
