9 out of 10 times I go to use this app I have to reset my password or the app is down. I will put in the correct password but maybe it expires or something without notice. Then you have to go to the main website and reset it and make sure everything is lowercase in your username otherwise it will pop up with ransom phone numbers that are not associated with your account. It's an absolute nightmare. The old app was a million times better.

Lisle Savings Bank is not the only bank I make mobile deposits, but is my least favorite. The other platforms do not require a signature, or comments on the back of the check as does Lisle Bank and I sometimes have my deposits "declined" because I failed to dot an "I", or cross a "T". So frustrating.

I was not able to open Zelle on the app on my old Google Pixel 3 phone or on my brand new Google pixel 8 phone. I do not think Zelle or Lisle savings likes Google phones. I partly got my new phone so that this Zelle app would work but it does not. Very frustrating. Also, the Lisle Savings Bank app will not update on my Google phone. After I click "open" it keeps going round & round.. I wish Lisle savings Bank would have Zelle on a desktop/laptop. It would solve a lot of issues. problems..
