Wow, I refused to give up on this app to make a deposit. A day and a half trying to figure out why I couldn't move forward after taking pictures of back & front of check, typing amount of check, and adding my email, the "continue" button would not highlight. I think a notice needs to be added to indicate that image was not captured correctly. I'm not sure if it was my email to support or my persistent in trying. But it finally worked.☺

I have been banking with them since 2005 and have had minor issues over the years but nothing like the past two weeks! As everyone has stated I have not had access to my account or debit card since their "system upgrade". I've been calling and either the line is busy or they won't answer. I went by the Cascade branch and had to leave before I was able to get to the window due to super long wait times. I still don't have access to my account and this App is useless!

I haven't been able to use ZELLE for about a month now. The first couple of time I called and was able to speak with someone, they advised me to uninstall the App and reinstall it. Did and the problem was not fixed. Now, when I call, I don't even get the prompt telling me where I'm at in line. Goes straight to the elevator music, and no one picks up. Last time, I waited 20 minutes. I need a resolution quickly l. If I can't use Zelle, it defeats the point of me having this account.
