After reading other reviews it seems everyone is complaining about the same problem. The four digit PIN not working and having to re-enter username and password. I would think if this many people complained about it the bank would look into changing it. If IT/ App security installed they can uninstall or change it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to have to do it every time you want to get into the app. What is the point in even having the PIN system if it doesn't work properly?? 😡

Since the last update, I regularly have to input my username and password, even after setting up a pin for quick login. It doesn't even remember my username after I select that option. Really getting old having to have a code sent to my phone and to re-register my phone number every time I want to log in. Edit: This is still an issue. Can PNB not afford to pay someone with IT knowledge to fix this app so it's not a flaming pile of garbage? The pin login for the Banterra bank app works fine.

App just keeps getting worse. When I try to log in it says "bad request". Doesn't matter if I input username and password, or try to use my fingerprint. Does this on wifi and mobile network. This app used to work much better and was fairly reliable. What's the point if I can't even log into my account? I regularly use and rely on this app for my banking needs. I hope this app improves. Thankfully uninstalling and reinstalling still seems to work.
