Ratings and reviews

Decent app, but not the easiest. Logging in feels archaic when compared to other banking apps. Constantly have to run security verification when bouncing between phone and laptop, or one phone to another. Also doesn't allow option to see your password when entering. Too many times big fingers make error and then I'm having to call and reset. Most annoying.

If I could give zero stars I would not hesitate to do so. App erases info and you got to go back through entering user ID, phone number, etc. Oh... and let's not mention that almost everytime I try to log on I get an ERROR: The data network is busy or unavailable. Please try again later. It's so much faster to bring up a webpage and log into my account on the Internet. App is worthless.

Every time I get charged overdraft fees; I never get a notification. I have push notifications enabled, and yet I get charged two fees before knowing a single thing about the transaction. It's ridiculous knowing I could avoid paying 72 dollars. Also, I often have to reenter my ID to log in even though I click the remember me button for the ID. Sometimes I even have to delete the app and reinstall simply because it denies connection for no reason.
