Worst bank app I've dealt with. Slow, sometimes it deposits checks, sometimes it doesn't. It does not want to take my fingerprint. You can not filter different transactions. For example, if you want to see all deposits, or gas, or anything. I order to filter, you have to be specific to write down who has deposited or where you have spent the money.

This app is terrible! I ALWAYS have to put in my user ID and password bc it says I need authentication EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've had it for 3 months now! Sometimes makes me enroll my phone again and again as well. Then when I finally do get in, its kind of useless. It doesn't provide a balance after every transaction. It just lists transactions and the current balance. I can call the automated line and get the same info, faster. This app is useless and extremely FRUSTRATING.

Looks like a well made app but I can't sign in. It may be on me forgetting my username or password, but there is no "Help" option for me to request a change. Most apps have something like this, so it may be a good idea to put a "forgot username or password" system in place for other people that have this problem. Thanks- Zaq Chelf
