This app does NOT work. I have uninstalled / reinstalled countless times. I perpetually receive an error that " network is busy", no matter what I do. I am forced to just give up, and access my account directly online. I see via many other reviews that this app is basically a fail for any number of reasons. Do the programers even attempt to correct any of these issues? Doesn't look that way. Don't bother downloading this - waste of time. Zero stars.

This is the third time I've reinstalled the app, with the attempt to finally have the app save my username and password, so I can log in with my fingerprint only. I have to type my password in every time, even though I request it to save all of that information. Something happened in an update months ago that now requires me to enter my username and password in full, and there's no use of a fingerprint to log in. This is now my third reinstall. We will see how it goes.

I have been with this bank for MANY years. But in the last 2-3 years, it seems as though I have had sooo many problems with trying to use the mobile app !! About every 2-3 weeks it says I need to update. So I comply, and then it is one issue after another, attempt after attempt, before I eventually get it to work again š„µš”
