Ratings and reviews

Severely lacking features. No way to get any type of alerts (email, text, or push) for deposits or withdrawals. I'd love to be able to get an alert for all deposits and withdrawals over a certain amount. This is standard for MOST banks so I'm looking into switching banks as I was forced here from the Premier Bank acquisition.

3rd Edit: I don't know how you guys managed, but you made this app even worse. I can't even log on most of the time unless I turn off my Wifi, and with 3 bars of 5G, it still takes almost 5 minutes for it to take me just to my account overview. god forbid I open one to see my transactions. On top of that, it will sometimes say the wrong balances on the accounts. Fix this before I have to find another bank!

Absolutely Awful App. Frequent errors to the point it is impossible to login most of the time. I love this bank, but quite literally close to switching banks if I can't use mobile banking. There is no excuse for this. Being 30 minutes from the nearest bank it is imperative I'm able to use mobile banking. ***Response to Wesbanco, I did contact the number several times no issues were fixed permanently. The app is just awful. So bad in fact I switched banks for my main banking needs.
