Ratings and reviews

This is the app for the Business Solutions access. I will update my review after I get more time to use the app, but so far it seems pretty user friendly and I like the user interface. UPDATE: I like the app. It saves my login credentials making it easy to log into the app. To see the details of a transaction, just click on it and it will open up in a separate window. Very user friendly. I really like the app.

when making deposits be sure to tap green ✔️ 2x to get photo to upload. also app does not always read endorsement very well. not as easy to use as some other banks.

Good mobile app overall for business banking with Berkshire Bank. The app occasionally does not work and shows an error message instead.
