Ratings and reviews

Asked me to review in return for premium app access. I don't think you can trust the 5* reviews here, some read fishy to me. I haven't received my bag and premium wood chess pieces (ordered from Squareoff, but when Miko bought Squareoff, they buy their debt). I contacted support, they offered 6 months premium app access and ignored the real issue. They contacted me several times after, but ignored my issue. AIfter 6 months app access I would still not have my bag and pieces, so that's no good.

I do not like the fact Bots play part of game and abort the game midway. Usually this happens to bots rated much higher than I. Why don't there ratings show so I don't waste my time? Another thing I would like to see all the players sent over to the Miko app from Square Off app. I lost my 1842 rating. That should have be carried over after hundreds of games to earn the ELO rating

Since Miko took over from SquareOff, I have found their customer service to be top notch, even contacting by phone aswell as by email. I had a software problem with my Grand Kingdom chess board which they dealt with quickly and professionally. I can't thank them enough and as far as i can tell, do not deserve some of the bad reviews given by others, which certainly is not my experience. Very good customer service.
