If you do not have strong service it will delete your photos, crash and completely waste your time. So many issues that they said they would fix but haven't. 20 mile round trips to retake pictures is common. Maps don't show all tickets, amended tickets do not show new information, the new "near me" icon blocks other menu's. Complete joke and I absolutely HATE this app. So much wasted time because of it.

The number of tickets you can see on the main screen is way too big. there should be a setting to make them smaller to show more tickets before having to scroll. the map view is nice, but there should be a satellite option like the web version has. maybe add some color coding options for the tickets as well
